About the pill, paxil, condoms, and other things.

I just started having sex with my boyfriend. I've been on the pill Orthocycline for a year now. They put me on it to regulate my cycle. In addition to the pill, I also take paxil, allegra, and an antibiotic for my skin. So far, we have used a condom during sex, but it has proven to be quite uncomfortable for him and reduces the sensation. We're both STD-free.

My question is, is Orthocycline compatible with the medicines I'm taking? If it is compatible, and I take it regularly, is a condom really necessary? I sure as hell don't want to get pregnant, but I also want us to enjoy having sex. :\
