If you are trying to gain weight you need to do weights. Not three sets of ten, but heavier weight, and only 6-8. Try eating peanutbutter, and other protiens that are good for you, but have a substancial fat count. I am a trainer and aerobic instructor, but not a Dr. This is just a suggestion to not only help you gain weight, but take care of your heart as well. Kelly
