Hi, my girlfriend (17) and i have tried having intercourse for the first time. she is (was)a virgin with intact hymen, however after couple of unsuccessful penetrations we stopped, she was in a lot of pain. there was no bleeding so we assumed hymen to be still intact. however a day later she noticed some blood coming out, not much, she had her period over a week ago, she is also starting to have some stomach cramps, although both bleeding and cramps are listed as side effects for the pill (estrostep) she didnt have any before. can this be a result of our unsuccessful intercourse? could i have cause any damagein the process? i have read that some hymen can be too thck to be easily broken by penetration can this be the case then? if so why is she bleeding then can anyone help me? thank you Sergey
