Tylonol doesn't help them anymore. I tried Pamprine and it helps a bit but it's still really painful. Is there anything else to help ease the pain of the cramps? Please help. It got so bad today that I couldn't stay out shopping. I had to come home and sleep. I was nearly doubling over in pain.
