Based upon your history, it's not clear that there's anything wrong. The
discharge may be socially unacceptable but not necessarily anything that
requires treatment. If it were an infection, treatment is indicated. If
not, treatment won't help. Sorry if it wasn't the answer you were
looking for but based upon the cultures and treatments you undertook,
that's the correct assessment for now.
