These do not appear to be related problems, and it is highly questionable whether supportive surgery would alter your potential for orgasm with vaginal intercourse. If the reason that you do not orgasm is because vaginal intercourse is painful, then surgery MIGHT help. If that is not the cause, then there is little role for surgery.
