You may have gotten a tear inside your vagina. Sometimes with penetration, the vaginal tissues will tear, and it can be painful. It takes about a week or so to heal. If it does not improve, you probably need to see a gyn. Good Luck, and if you feel you must be sexually active, withdrawl is not a very effective means of contraception! Please use condoms.
