I always bleed aftern an orgasm. There's no pain, sometimes a little dull cramping. Nobody I've spoken to can give me an explanation. I've been taking Depo Provera for over four years with a short break of three months at one point. I use it for relief from bad periods, and I am thankful for it. But I'd really like to know what's going on with the orgasms. It's not intolerable but if there's a solution (other than stopping Depo) I'd be interested.
