Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Xrays and period due" Hi. We've been trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant. My period is due the day after tommorow. I stupidly set up a dental appt. for tommorow. I have no symptoms of pregnancy that couldn't also be just premenstral. I still think coffee smells and tastes great (first sign last time). Problem-- they will probably do exrays tommorow...I took an early pregnancy test tonight and it turned out negative, but--- I know it is too early to trust it. My wishful thinking is in overtime, but I doubt i'm pregnant---still, i don't want to have x-rays if there is a chance. Should I just cancel the appt?
