Question on pap results!

I have cervical dysplasia and had cryosurgery in April, my follow up in July came back with the diagnosis of ABN. FEATURES; ASCUS (FAVOR REACTIVE) HYPERKERATOSIS...............could someone please explain to me in laymens terms the meaning of this diagnosis????
