On Saturday night after my husband and I spent a a great night which ended with us making love, I started having HORRIBLE abdominal pains. Similar to labor pains. It felt like A LOT of pressure on my rectum and vagina, I couldn't even set down because of it. When I went to bed if I layed on my left side the pain was unbearable!!! The pain would start shooting up me into my chest ( felt like lots of pressure on my heart and lungs ) and into my shoulders and neck. The pain has eased some over the past day, I can now set and dont have the pressure low, it is more like cramping now. I am do to start my period any day and I am bleeding, but the blood is not expelling out, it is only when I wipe after going to the bathroom that I notice blood. I have called my Dr and spoke to his nurse who thinks that I may have a prolapsed uterus. I have an appt for Wednesday but I would like to know if these symptoms that I am experiencing are relative to a prolapsed uterus.
