Two years ago, I was the product of medical negligence and my undiagnosed appendicitis turned into peritonitis and resultant abcesses in my bowel and pelvis. I had very extensive surgery and consquently have been left with adhesions. I live with the pain 24 hours a day. I live in an Australia and the difference is, no doctor is game to operate on me again. It got to the stage last year where all the doctors where basically telling me it was no big deal and I was in so much pain that I had to give up my job and could barely walk around the house. I was referred to a physical therapist at a gym and that basically saved me. He started me off very gradually and it wasn't easy. Over the next few months, I built up my strength, energy and fitness and now am back at work. I still live with the pain, but the exercise is part of my day and without it, I would be lost. I still take pain killers, but I highly recommended the exercise. It would get you off the merry go round of surgeries. As for the bowel problems, I have them too. Try a dietian and alternative medicine. Doctors won't help this. Good luck,
