I am 36yrs old and have been plagued by ovarion cysts and uterine pain and up until 2 yrs ago heavy painful periods my GYN and I agreed that an endometrial ablation would help and if it didnt cure we would then discuss our options further. I had NO bleeding of any kind after the ablation and the pain seemed to disappear. I still had what felt like ovarian cyst pain on my rt side generaly. On my last exam Dr diagnosed 3 probsEndometriosis, Adenomyosis and choclate cyst/ corpus luteum cyst + poss trauma abuse fr past childhood abuse. This past week-end my husband and I had relations and there was a very large amnt of blood new symptom and intense pain after this isnt new. Now my uterus feels as thought I am about to start my period and I am alot of discomfort. Reason for letter to you and not call to my Dr= new job, new ins I dont want documented prob w/o ins. Can anyone tell me whether I should disregard symptoms and wait or call could I be having a problem that needs immediate attention?
