I know you're concerned. Medically speaking, however, there is no such thingf as a low grade fever. It's either there or it isn't. A fever is defined as a temperature of 38.0 degrees Centigrade (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit) taken twice in a six hour period. there is normal temperature variation in all people, a "diurnal" variation with the higher temps at night.

Don't think there's a medical problem but if your concern continues, an infectious disease expert and/or rheumatologist would be the way to go.
