I be possible pregnant? Dear Brandee, How did you know that it's your right ovary ? Pain in the right lower abdomen does NOT necessarily come from the right ovary. Inflammation of appendix may give you such pain. You said that it hurts everytime you sneeze or cough. Well, the pressure inside your abdomen increases when you're sneezing/coughing. Normally, you won't experience any pain regarding this increase. There are several conditions in which this pressure increase may produce pain. Peritoneal irritation due to any inflammation of abdominal organs is one example. No, pregnancy can NOT give you such symptoms. However, you may get pregnant, if you didn't use any extra protection once you missed your birth control pill. So, I suggest you to make an appointment with your doctor, to have a thorough physical examination.
