My cycle is aprox. 30 days. It is regular, but there are two problems. I always feel premenopausal symptoms one week and half before menstruation and my basal temperature raises also only that time when I start to feel these symptoms, the 20th or sometimes the 21st day of my cycle. Does it mean that that I ovulate only the 19th day of the cycle? If it is so, isn't it too late? Is it possible to ovulate without basal temperature raise?
