Unfortunately, bumps on the vulva are almost impossible to diagnose without looking at them. Since you've already had an appointment and some testing, we're not likely to do better without examining you and the test results.

I would suggest getting a second opinion, perhaps from a dermatologist (skin doctor) who specializes in vulvar skin. I hope you get an answer soon!
