Since when are you on monocyclin? This is an antibiotic and this could kill the normal vaginal bacteria (Döderlein) Then the yeast can grow freely. Also the oc's could add to the susceptility for yeast. If it's not possible to stop the monocycline - there's seldom a good reason to use antibiotics for a longer time- then you could use the yeast infection cream as prevention: because you're on the ppill, you better use condoms without spermicide, but moisten them with the anti-yeast cream every time you have intercourse.

This will almost sure be a good prevention.
