Flow x 4 days, 97.8, 98.0 (<--very stressed, quit smoking and had PAP), 97.5, 97.3, 97.4, 97.3, 97.4, 97.3, 97.7*(Day 13), 98.0 (Day 14), 97.8, 97.9, 98.2, 98.4*, 98.3, 98.4, 98.7, 98.5, 98.5 I tend to give my self a break from charting when I have my period. I've "thrown out" the first 2 temps, due to the stress of quitting smoking, one 2 am night with little sleep, and a PAP Smear (that always shakes me). Thanks in advance for your help.
