Susan, I had a melon sized fibroid removed 2 years ago at the age of 27.
I also had pain during intercourse because it pushed against my blatter
and spine. I was fine for about 6 months afterward, but now the pain is
back. I am almost 29 and I am afraid of what my next step should be.
I've got the cramps, uterine pressure, bloating, heavy flow, etc. It is
all back.
I read about uterine embolizim, a procedure that cuts off the blood
supply to the fibroid. At this point, I don't know much about it, but
it is worth investigating.
