While it is not impossible that the uterus produces things (hormones or whatever), nobody has been able to find them, and it is considered to be unlikely.

In general, fibroids do not produce toxins, though in rare circumstances, a fibroid with a necrotic (dead) center can release that dead material into the blood stream.
