I am 31++ years old. I've just found out that I 've an ovarian cysts on my left side. My Dr. told me that the cysts is about 3cm long and 2.6cm width. He advised me to have a laparoscopy asap. Should I go for the surgery or is there any alternative medical treatment . I've went for the laparoscopy surgery five years ago with the same problem (but the size of the cysts is slightly smaller also on the left side) . I'm confused why is it occur again. I need some advise . If I didn't go for the surgery , what are the consequence that I will face. Please advise .
