You don't say how the diagnosis of endometriosis was made. If done via laparoscopy, OK. If deduced, the diagnosis may or may not be correct. It sounds like you suffer from what is commonly considered PMS (hundreds of symptoms clumped into one diagnosis). You may also have CPP (chronic pelvic pain) syndrome with other physicial and psychological signs and symptoms associated with it. #1GnRH aginusts such as DepoLupron are vey successful in many endometriosis patients but it is not a panacea.

#2 Recent studies have indicated that surgical intervention is better than other therapies for many recalcitrant cases of endometriosis.

It might be beneficial to consult an endometriosis specialist and consult on this very frustrating situation.
