Pain on pubic boneFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netWed, 21 Jul 1999 19:45:39 -0500 (CDT)
I am a 29 year old woman who gave birth to my first child in February of '98. Since then I have had an occasional sharp pain at the very tip of my pubic bone, usually on the left side and usually after walking for some distance, exercising, or like last evening, bowling. I mentioned it to my OBGYN at my last visit and he suggested that I had seperated some ligiments? durring the birth process and that it will heal over time and to keep exercising. I just wanted a second opinion and also wanted to know if it might have been cracked while giving birth. Any suggestions to help the pain?
