Breast implants

I'm 20. I have breast implants since one year and I regret it and want to take them out. I have been told that I should wait after the extraction before receiving a lifting, wait until my real breast (34-B) and my skin recover their natural form and to be sure I will need a lifting. Is that a good idea or should I ask for all in the same time? What's the best to avoid pain, scars, and another mistake? If a specialist or someone who has experienced what I live could answer to my questions, I would deeply apreciate.

P.S. Excuse my english, I'm french and live in Canada.
