Absolutely they can cause problems for some. It is so important to do your homework, look for drug interactions and possible side effects. It is really important to make sure you are not taking too much also. Here are links that give good and detailed information on vitamins and herbs. Also I personally have sensitivies to some vitamins that cause me all kinds of problems.
