Response to A Dr. re: UTI

My symptoms are the following:
Weird pain in pelvis (Dr. said ovaries felt fine)
Slight amount of blood in urine
Gas
Strong urine odor
Can these symptoms be anything other than a UTI. I am petrified because
the dr. said for my own peace of mine I should have an ultrasound and
also said IF the test comes back positive with a bladder infection. The
diagnosis seems vague to me and that's really what's scaring me.
