ATTENTION OSTEOPOROSIS PATIENTS

Having access to good information about the latest treatments and advances in Osteoporosis research is important to the many osteoporosis patients. We are inviting you to participate in an online survey where you can share your opinion about the quality of osteoporosis web sites. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The results from this online survey will be published in an upcoming trade magazine focused on health and the Internet, and if you participate we can send you a free copy of the magazine containing the survey results.

If this e-mail sounds familiar that's probably because you may have received a similar e-mail a few months ago. We tried to conduct a similar survey several months ago via e-mail, but due to a less than overwhelming response rate and some constructive criticism from the respondents we went back to the drawing board and made some significant changes. Probably the most notable change is that the survey is now a web based form which we hope will make it more user-friendly for you. We also changed the mandatory five sites listed in the original survey. Now you can evaluate one site or many - it's up to you, and you can also choose which sites you wish to evaluate. I hope the changes are helpful.
