Women with retroverted uteri do not have more problem conceiving than other women, statistically speaking. The exact position for intercourse is not really all that important, though having the guy on top makes sense, gravitationally speaking. You should lay still, on your back, with your legs or knees up, for 15 minutes or so to maxamize your chances of getting the sperm up into the cervical canal. That might help a little.
