You most certainly can still nurse while pregnant. The nutritional needs of mom change due to the demands of a nursling and a browing fetus AND the woman herself but it can and has been done with no problems. The la Leche League will provide support and more info if it is needed.

My 15 mos old daughter is bfing like a 6mos old and my doc strongly advises weaning before getting pregnant again. I told him I had no intention of weaning her before she was ready and he backed off. He didn't produce any facts or studies to support his opinion.
