PMS Bleeding?From: Angie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 17 Jun 1999 15:21:49 -0500 (CDT)
I had an abnormal pap smear about three weeks ago. My doctor did an ECC biopsy, which came back normal, and advised me to come back in one year for my annual pap smear. My period is supposed to start in 5-6 days, but I am having some cramping and pinkish-red spotting (like I usually do right before my period starts). Could this be attributed to a change in hormones, age or cervical changes? I am 31 years old and have never had any serious problems, except this happening for about 6 months off and on. Thanks!
