LaSinda, What you are describing sounds exactly like the pain I had prior to my laparoscopy which diagnosed endometriosis. I dont know for sure if the that exact pain was caused more by the endo or the adhesions which often accompany endo but I struggled with that pain for 2 1/2 years and it still re-occurs from time to time. Feels like someone or thing is trying to break my pelvis in two. If you've been trying to conceive for 3 years, it might be time to pursue diagnosis. There are many women who receive treatment for endo and are able to conceive.
