I have recently been experiencing extreme abdominal pain during and after intercourse. My fiancee is becoming worried about the situation which frequently leaves me doubled over in pain. Could this be a sign of endometriosis? Could it be ovarian cists? I am 25 years old, and have and regular periods up until earlier this year, when I was 12 weeks late, I had been to the doctor and had pregnancy test, and a pap test but both turned up nothing. The doctor just passed it off as stress do to the recent passing of my father. I am reluctant about going for the tests because I am just about to start a life with a new husband and don't want to be informed that I am infertile. I am scared and confused... please help.
