Please HELP - dizziness & uterine 'contractions'

Dear all,

I was hoping someone can give me some feedback. I don't know if this is worth calling my gyn doctor about.

My LMP was on May 18 and ended on May 22 (flow was average to light). I have been experiencing some minor contraction like twinges.. almost like pulsating throbs around where my uterus is. The 'contractions' are in the middle of my uterus area (on the outside the throbbing could be felt ~1 inch from the top of where the opening of vaginal lips). The last 2 mornings I've woken up with a very lightheaded feeling and have spent the rest of the day feeling dizzy and wanting to lay down to stop the dizziness. It's as if the fluid in my head that keeps me level is spinning every time I turn my head left or right.

Could this be a hormone imbalance or a uterine cancer-related symptom? OR.... I wonder if this is just my uterine muscles stretching. I've never had this before and just wanted to know if I need to call my doctor on this.

I would love to receive feedback from anyone on the Forum PLEASE.

Thanks! Jordan
