I would worry more (although not much) about malignancy of the lining of the uterus rather breast or cervix. (low incidence) You are probably anovulatory therefore might need help in producing eggs. What does you DR say about this? I have, in the past, put women with your problem (AFTER thorough evaluation) on BCP to cycle them until the want to conceive. The Migraines might be a problem if you try an Estrogenic BCP? What does a Glucose Tolerance (prefer 4 hour) Test show?
