Stress and more stress -- try not to get yourself all worked up. More than likely you are worrying yourself sick over nothing at all and the more you worry the more you stress your body. I know this sounds easier said than done but really, do yourself a favor and try to relax. It's not at all uncommon for a woman's cycle to go through some irregularities now and then for no apparent reason. How are you feeling overall? Do you usually experience any bloating, cramping, backache, fatigue, cravings, irritability before your period? Are you noticing them now? If you are then relax, it'll come soon. Certainly if you are having any other symptoms at all, unusual pain, discharge, etc. you need to be checked by a physician. Good luck in your studies!
