You should protect yourself everytime you have sex. Just because a guy doesn't ejaculated and he seems "dry", he is still producing preseminal fluid which does contain sperm. I have no idea what your chances of being pregnant are. Please call your local Planned Parenthood and get a pregnacy test and talk to them about birth control. They will be able to give you the honest facts and no one will judge you. Or call your OB/GYN. Ann
