Don't worry about it. Your practitioner would never be able to tell even if you did "react", but I assure you, you won't. On the other hand, my wife has a funny story along these lines. She is also a gynecologist, but when she was in medical school, she had to do her time with male patients. One of her first exams was on a teenage boy. She says that it was a tossup which of them was more embarrassed when the boy got an erection during his hernia exam, him or her. Women have a much more discreet response, and a much less arousing exam.
