I have pcos, and never have regular cycles. Since last may I have had several episodes of very slight bleeding and feeling like I am going to start my period but a flow never starts. I have been given provera to bring on a period and it did not work. Three weeks ago I started having pain and tons of think milky discharge. then my breasts swelled, and became painful, and I had leaking from both breasts. I have had this before. My prolactin is slightly elevated. for the past week I have had slight pale bleeding when wiping. I have had cramps but again no flow. I have also started to have a grayish discharge too. Is this just all hormonal mess.
