Dear Connie,

Dr. Connerth has very nicely answered the medical side of your close periods.

I would like to take a moment to tell you how sorry I am that you are going through this terrible time in your life. Holidays are a time of great happiness or great sadness depending on what is going on in our life at that time. This is a heartbreaking time for you........

Connie, do you have anyone you can talk to aboout this saddness? You need to let it out and at the same time you need sympathic ears to listen to you..........

I don't particualy enjoy the holidays myself as I have lost two husbands to death in the month of December. But This year after a couple of misserible holiday seasons I did finally have a wonderful time again. It takes time....... It doesn't get better quick but somehow it does get easier with time.

If you feel that you can't Snap out of this saddness please seek help from a Medical Professional that understands and can help you. I did and it did me the world of good.
