bleeding after intercourse

I am 26 years old. I have had the same partner for the past two years. During this time, perhaps after six months of being with him, I discovered several changes in my body. First of all, I began experiencing pain with intercourse and bleeding after intercourse. I feel like my organs are swollen inside when penis is penetrating and this is causing pain. The bleeding is not heavy, but occurs every time after intercourse. Now, it has come to the point where I cannot have intercourse because of the pain. This has been going on for the past 1 1/2 years.

I have seen several doctors since this problem occurred and they have done many tests, including papsmer exams and biopsy of areas where we thought bleeding took place. The only symptoms discovered were HPV which has been treated with freezing method nine months ago and I have had normal papsmers since then. Eliminating the warts did not eliminate nor reduce the pain and bleeding I have experienced from intercourse.

In addition, when I started having pain with intercourse, I believe I may have also acquired certain problems with my bladder because I was urinating frequently. I saw a urologist and she believe, after several tests, I had bladder spasms. This problem may not be related to the pain and bleeding resulting from intercouse, but I feel it is possibly connected.

My questions are the following:

1. Why am I experiencing pain during and bleeding after intercourse?

2. What can I do to eliminate this problem?

Thank you for your time, assistance, and expertise towards resolving this matter.
