You can safely take cycles of pills one after another without the placebos or days off. Doctors often suggest this method when heavy or continuous bleeding is involved. This does not decrease the effectiveness in any way. You should completely finish the 2nd cycle of pills, not cutting off midway through. Just finish up the pack as you usually would.
