My friend is searching for as much information as possible on her condition and I am trying to help but getting no where! 8 weeks ago Doctors told her she had an ovarian cyst measuring 6mm, since that time her stomach has become distended with no weight gain, she is constantly coughing, has no energy, raised liver enzymes, dioreah. At her last appointment they refered her to Roswell Park (a cancer hospital) her cyst is now at 2.2cm . She is searching for information as to how abnormal or normal this growth rate is! They have just scheduled an upper GI, and Lower Bowel follow through. She needs answers that are straight to the point! So she can make arrangements for her family if necessary. Thank you Very much! If nothing else please help with what normal growth rate of a cyst would be. Any information at this point would be greatly appreciated.
