Where to find info on 1st trimester bleeding/cramping?

Does anyone know of a good resource (particularly on the web) that gives an overview of cramping/pain/bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy?

There are several specific questions on various boards, but I have not found a good overview on the types of early bleeding, cramping, and pain that are normal and what is a possible problem and requires a call to the doctor. The basic instructions I have from my doctor is heavy bleeding like a period or heavy cramping requires a call to him. But what about spotting that lasts several days or mild to moderate pain that is not really cramping, or cramping/pain that increases with activity? What level of pain defines "heavy cramping"? (These are just examples of things that don't fit the examples of normal or abnormal that I find in my pregnancy books.)

I'm looking for a list of "these things are normal, these things aren't" kind of thing.

Any suggestions? Maybe an opportunity for an article on OB/GYN.net?

Thanks,

Andrea
