Adenomatous(glandular)hyperplasia usually implies long term unopposed estrogen stimulation of the uterine lining.If your biopsy does not show atypical cells or complexity--oral progesterone treatment is the proper choice.This therapy has actually reversed some early cancers in rare instances.
