Crabs are not necessarily transmitted through sexual contact. You can get them in locker room situations through sharing towels, too.

It sounds like you might have something like what my husband calls "diaper rash". That's esentially what it is...irritation caused by wetness (sweat) and bacteria. The hemmorhoid cream might help, but you could also use a cream such as Desitin or A&D that is used for diaper rash in babies. Good luck!
