Any advice? Pelvic pain much worse today...

So I have a right side cyst, and it's not that big (2x6x2 cm). Pretty bad nausea at times, and feeling really really exhausted at times. Friday, the pain was almost nonexistant, but the nausea was horrible. Saturday pain not noticeable, nausea almost gone. I felt like I was over this. This morning, I woke up and the pain in really bad. I'm not running a fever. Nausea is mild now, but I haven't eaten anything.

I hate to bother my doctor on the weekend. He called me Friday to check on me. He's worried about appendicitis. His conditions for going to the ER are: low grade fever, vomiting, or very bad pain. I don't really think the pain is that bad. I do notice it, and I yelp in pain sometimes when I move a certain way.

I just hate this. If it wasn't for the pelvic pain, I would just say this is a stomach virus (which is going around.) I don't like being this worried. My husband is scared to death I'm going to drop dead or something.

Does appedicitis act like this? I thought if it was, it would get rapidly worse and I would know. This coming and going of the pain is confusing.

I would love it if this was nothing. I hate being this paranoid.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated,
