Your prescription may need to be adjusted if these symptoms persist. If you read the insert that comes with your BCPs you will see many of your symptoms listed as possible effects. It could be that you are just not tolerating this particular pill very well. My doctor suggested that I keep a daily log for a couple of months so he could get a good idea of what was happening - maybe you could do the same for your doctor. Make notes as to spotting, flow, cramping, PMS symptoms, etc. and make sure that you rate the amount and duration of each. Best of luck to you,
