There is probably nothing wrong with you, and not all that much wrong with your pills for that matter. Some women do not have withdrawal periods on some OCPs. This is not a medical problem, but it frequently causes distress for the patient, and as a result your doctor may want to change your pill, though it is not actually necessary.
