I have been frustrated for many years with getting emotional when I am pushed to the point of anger. I have had two bosses in my working years that have really been able to push my tear button. I have told myself over and over again that crying is ridiculous but I just can't control it - no matter how much I talk to myself and try to talk myself out of it, it doesn't help. I know that removing yourself from a situation is a common suggestion, but through my experiences, it is not always possible when you have somebody in your face. Is there something you suggest? Very frustrated...please help Thanx, Tammie
